I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean with a chlorine smell spilled in the bathroom, offering a great view of Irvine, but the service was lacking clarity and helpfulness unless dealing with the manager. The location was convenient, close to everything including the airport, yet I felt uneasy around some shady individuals near the hotel. The dining option was good value for money with great service, but some areas like shops and eateries could be improved.
